His siblings are; James Alexander Raley 1783-, Aloysia alley Catherine Raley 1785&-1814, Dorothy Raley 1790-1860, Elizabeth Betsey Raley 1795-1859, Anne Raley 1797-1856, and Louisa Antonia Raley 1803-1870. He married Elizabeth Spalding on January 25, 1811. They made their home in Washington County. Their children are Mary Anne "Nancy" Raley 1811-1856, James J Raley 1813-1875, Francis "Frank" Raley 1816-1892, John Basil Raley 1818-1890, Catherine Raley 1819-1907, George Washington Raley 1827-1885, Samuel Raley 1826-1910, Benedict Joseph Raley 1829-1906, Louis Raley 1832-1864, Elizabeth "Betty" Alathaire Raley 1834-1916. At some point between 1831 and 1835 they purchased the Ira "Barba" Property in Union County, Kentucky, where they moved.
